Whilst we have been taking a well earned break, we have still been very busy - a total revamp of our brine room - new barrels, all lined up in a row. Very exciting times. Additionally we have been steadily working on our stock levels after the huge Christmas rush - thank you to all our very loyal customers.

Gran’s Green Tomato Pickle is next on the “to do” list - our vegetable garden is over flowing with plump green tomatoes - although the sneaky red ones are also making an appearance (perhaps we need to get onto some tomato relishes as well).
